Black Economic Empowerment is a crucial step in readdressing racial inequalities in South Africa.

 

We are proud to be a part of the change and that 100% of the businesses featured on our platform are Black Owned Businesses.

From our data, the easiest place to find local businesses is on Instagram, with 10/10 businesses having an active Instagram profile. However, some businesses can be found on Facebook and Twitter. Head to the business profile under companies to find these links

The size of the businesses we promote range between 1 employee to 7 employees. Supporting small businesses often means investing in the well-being of the community.

It is understandable that during the COVID-19 pandemic most people are not comfortable leaving home to go out shopping. We've got you covered - 9/10 businesses on our page deliver straight to your door!

Our Growth

Since launching our survey via Instagram and email, over the last week our platform has grown immensely with local business owners wanting to put their business on our platform. 

Here we see a steady incline in the number of businesses featured on our platform from 1 July 2020 to 7 July 2020.
